Who I Am
I am a Copenhagen-based psychologist and psychotherapist from Germany. I am registered with the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice and I adhere to the Duty of Confidentiality and the Nordic Code of Ethics in my practice.
I earned my psychology degree from the University of Innsbruck in Austria in 2013 and later completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Parent Child Interaction Therapy at Copenhagen Psychology in 2019 and 2020. Additionally, I have received training in Metacognitive therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment therapy. My professional experience spans various sectors and countries, including Vietnam, Thailand, Israel and Ireland. Currently, I live in Valby, and my office is located at The Little White House in Copenhagen NV.
I specialize in third wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based approach that posits our thoughts and actions influence our emotions. More specifically it hightlights the important role that our relationship with our thoughts and emotions plays in psychological well-being. Therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs and draw from a variety of interventions in order to reach their transformative potential.
I provide sessions in English as well as German.
